1. Unique Nature
The subscription is strictly linked to a single kingdom and cannot be transferred to another kingdom or user.
The subscription becomes invalid if the owner loses access or ownership of the kingdom.
2. Termination of Validity
If the owner is no longer able to use the service (e.g., loss of ownership of the kingdom), the subscription will be automatically terminated.
3. Prolonged Inactivity
In case of inactivity for more than 14 consecutive days on the bot, we reserve the right to suspend the services.
The services will only be reactivated upon explicit request and verification of the owner's return.

During this period, you can request a refund. However, the request must be accompanied by concrete proof.

We are not responsible for bans, restrictions, or limitations imposed by the rules of the game or platform. These events are outside our control and are the result of third-party policies.
In such cases, we commit to resolving any issues and restoring functionality within a reasonable time frame of 24 to 48 hours.
2. Voluntary Deletion of the Bot
If the bot is voluntarily removed from your Discord server, it will be considered as a termination of the contract. We are under no obligation to reinstall the bot or reactivate the services in such cases.
Reinstallation may only occur upon explicit request and will be subject to our discretion, including potential additional conditions or fees.
